I'm using an up to date version of Acrobat Pro and I don't see how to open the same document twice, i.e. in two different windows. Has this feature been removed?

Like most applications, Acrobat will only open one instance of a document. You can however split that document into two different views by using the Window>Split menu item. Now you can navigate to two different locations in the same document.

- but it doesn't seem like you can rotate one window without the other (so you can't look at one part of the document in portrait, and then rotate another part to landscape)
